EDSOR Berlin’s Karabakh-Azerbaijan Collection launches in Germany

The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS) has partnered with German fashion house EDSOR Berlin to create an exclusive range of hand made men’s accessories – the Karabakh-Azerbaijan Collection by EDSOR Berlin.

The official launch took place on 19 June 2012 at the historic Hotel de Rome in the heart of Berlin. An audience of around 500 people from the worlds of fashion, business, politics and society were treated to an elaborate audio/visual show as models showcased the new Collection, which includes ties, pochettes (pocket handkerchiefs), and scarves, all made of 100 per cent Italian silk, sourced from Como, Italy.

A short film outlining the inspiration behind the collection, featuring an interview with EDSOR Berlin designer Sammy Voigt and demonstrating the artisan techniques used to produce the range was screened after the catwalk showcase.

The Karabakh-Azerbaijan Collection by EDSOR Berlin is inspired by designs derived from the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
