European Azerbaijan School admitted to global network

The European Azerbaijan School (EAS) in Baku, established by The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS) in 2011, has been admitted to membership of the European Council of International Schools (ECIS). This is a global membership organisation that promotes and supports professional development among international schools, individuals and educational organisations, and positions EAS alongside some of the most renowned international educational establishments.

EAS – which has over 200 primary and secondary school pupils and over 40 teachers – is now part of one of the leading global educational networks aimed at sharing ideas and best practice. Membership will give a further boost to the school’s drive for excellence and its determination to establish internationally-recognised educational programmes in Azerbaijan.
